Although the results of this study are self-reported of responders, but the results obtained are generally portray that eat quickly have much higher risk of obesity compared with other categories.
With this results, although the study authors have not found a real causality, changing way of eating however can be an additional alternative in reducing the risk of obesity and body mass index (BMI) in weight management.
