H1N1 Influenza pandemic had spread widely in this time.
We are not sure worst complicated effect from this virus if we careless to fight them.
One thing for sure we’ve got to do is raising our immune to avoid got the risk H1N1 influenza.
Current study reported that H1N1 influenza may lead to maternal death, especially for pregnant woman.
The data from California Department of Public Health showed from April 23, 2009 to August 11, 2009, 10% from 1088 patients who were hospitalized or died due to H1N1 influenza were pregnant woman.
Janice K. Louise, MD, MPH, from the California Department of Public Health, Richmond, and colleagues recently reported that, “as in previous influenza epidemic and pandemic, pregnant women with 2009 pandemic influenza A (H1N1) appear to have an increase risk of severe disease.”
As per our previous archive about why pregnant women had high risk to H1N1 influenza caused by low in immune system, it is important to improve immune system. Not only fighting H1N1 influenza, but also overall body condition.
Most doctor or hospital recommended and do medical action with drug categorize antiviral such as Tamiflu or some other antiviral brands.
Especially for Tamiflu, we had archive here that explain how scam this drug.
Consume this categorize of drugs have side effect such as hives or blister on the skin, itching, swelling of the face or tongue, difficulty breathing or swallowing, hoarseness, changes in behavior, or even death that you can see the article here.
Now imaging this drugs used for pregnant woman which mostly low in immune system during pregnancy period?
Mild side effect using these drugs also may result to as nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, diarrhea, and headache.
Pregnant women should assisted carefully with their health care provider due to using this drug, cause it is not only about the mother, but also her fetus.
Therefore. improving and boosting the immune system is important to fight H1N1 influenza.
It is smart thinking if we start to consume fruits and vegetables richest in vitamin D, restful sleep, reducing stress, getting proper natural key supplement, and healthy lifestyle, that easy and safe to do to boost immune system compare with everything must be DRUGS!
