Taking the sample of prostate gland to diagnoses prostate cancer or prostate biopsy procedure is not so comfortable and possible have the risks and side effects such as bleeding during urination, stool and during ejaculation.
However it’s may relief after several days and most important the physician easy to diagnose the presence of those cancer.

There is a screening called Prostate-Specific Antigen (PSA) that used as early detect of the cancer.
The procedure may involve PSA serum, chemotherapy, and hormone therapy. It’s also important to examine the prognosis.

Some doctor uses nomogram to predicts the presence of high-grade cancer to reduce unnecessary biopsies, as the sampling process may have several times.
Nomogram is important such for patient with limited life expectancy to reduce other risks.

Most physician will diagnose the level of triglyceride level of ‘removed’ tissue from prostate gland as a sample to determined significant result of presence prostate cancer.
‘Removing’ of the tissue from prostate gland may using Transrectal biopsy (thin needle inserted into prostate through the rectum) and ultrasound (as needle guidance).
Usually positive prostate biopsy that indicated the presence of prostate cancer when the triglyceride level more than 250 mg/dL.

Despite recent research founded that the triglyceride level may have different amount based on people race to judge significant presence of prostate cancer, still, this level used as factor to determine positive diagnosis of presence prostate cancer.
