Bladder cancer is common cancer in the urinary tracts both male and female, and health problem related to reproductive male system.
In the U.S, most type of common bladder cancer occurs is Transitional Cell Carcinoma (TCC) which the cancer occur entire urinary tract, including ureter, renal pelvis, urethra and bladder itself.

In these condition, 90% tumors occur in the tissue layers that consisted approximately 3-7 cell layers within the muscular bladder.

- Small cell carcinoma

Medical treatment may including chemotherapy and radiotherapy with some their risks (hair loss, cognitive changes, radiation necrosis of the brain, headache).

- Primary lymphoma
Arise in the bladder submucosa.
Common medical treatment often used such as radiation therapy, chemotherapy and bone marrow transplantation.
The risks almost same with above mention.

- Carcinosarcoma
It’s combination of malignant tumor from epithelial tissue cancer and connective tissue cancer.
The medical treatment and risks almost same with above description.

- Sarcoma such as Leiomyosarcoma (smooth muscle connective tissue tumor) and Rhabdomyosarcoma (connective tissues cancer that arise from skeletal muscle progenitors and some any anatomic location which common occur in the children).
Instead Leiomyosarcoma very rare, it’s also unpredicted.
Medical treatment often used surgery procedure including chemotherapy and radiation additionally.
Both Leiomyosarcoma and Rhabdomyosarcoma using same medical treatment options (surgery, chemotherapy, radiotherapy) with all their side effects.

The symptoms of bladder cancer as following;
- Painless gross hematuria (blood in the urine)
- Pain and discomfort during urination (dysuria)
- urgency urination
- frequent urination
- pelvic pain
- bony pain
- flank pain
